From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return the ordered product for exchange, credit note or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unique pieces, custom creations and discounted products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Items must be returned undamaged (unworn and unused) in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any non-compliant or damaged returns.

We recommend using a tracking service for your package (to have proof of your return and ensure we have received it). We cannot be held responsible for a shipment that does not reach us.
