LOE is a designer brand offering handcrafted jewelry, either unique pieces or produced in small batches. With a commitment to responsible practices, we aim to promote conscious purchasing.

From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return the ordered product for exchange .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds.

Items must be returned undamaged (unworn and unused) in their original packaging. They must be returned with all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions or are damaged.

To register your return for exchange purposes, please contact us beforehand at sav@loestudio.fr

We recommend using a tracking service for your package (to have proof of your return and ensure we have received it). We cannot be held responsible for any shipment that does not reach us.

The items must be returned, along with a piece of paper stating your name, surname and order number, to the address below:

Once we receive your return, we will offer you:
- Please tell us which product you would like to exchange it for
- or we will send you a credit note for the amount of your order, valid on our entire site for one year.

The jewelry is shipped via postal parcel within a maximum of 5 days. Shipping costs €5 for all orders under €50 in France. Shipping is free for all orders over €50 in France.

Postal delivery costs €12 for all shipments to Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and Portugal.

The order is payable in full and in a single payment. All orders are payable in euros (€) and payment is secured by our partners.

Late payment: the order will only be shipped after receipt and validation of payment by LOE Studio.
